How it all works.
After the form is filled out and Creative Avenue receives all of the instructions and payment for the project, the project will be reviewed and will be scheduled for design. Unless you have indicated that you would like to be contacted to discuss the direction then you will be contacted to review the project before the designing starts.
The logo design process.
You can expect an email from Creative Avenue in three (3) working days with your logo concepts. You will be contacted if there is an issue through the contact information you have provided. You will be provided with five (5) logo design concepts based on the two (2) color spectrum you have indicated and the expectations you provided in the form.
At this point you will be allowed up to two (2) minor revisions. After receiving the revisions the logo concepts will be edited according to the revisions and Creative Avenue will send you a 2nd and 3rd proof (maximum) if necessary. Additional revisions could change the scope of the project and could require additional charges.
Once the logo has been approved Creative Avenue will provide you with five (5) file types for your use of the logo to the email address supplied in the form. The five file types will cover all known uses for logos. Two (2) of the file types are vector art and of the highest quality, meaning they are mathematical and scalable. Explanations of each file type will be sent to you in the email with the files.
The design of the business card,
letterhead and envelope.
After the logo is approved, the business card, letterhead and envelope will be designed with the approved logo and information provided. A proof will be emailed to you. One (1) revision is allowed. The revisions will be applied to the files. A final proof will be sent to your email address. Once approved the press-ready files will be developed and sent to you in a press ready PDF (Portable Document Format). These files will be in two formats for the Spot (PMS) colors and a CMYK version. Both file formats will have bleeds of .125 inches, crop marks and of high resolution (300 d.p.i.). Depending upon whether you are to choose digital or conventional printer, you will have both files to send to the printer.
The design of the brochure.
After the logo, business card, letterhead and envelope have been completed and sent to you then the brochure design will begin. This take appropriately 3 to 5 days after the others are completed to get the first proof. You will receive one (1) concept of a professionally designed high quality 6 panel brochure. A six panel brochure is based on the size of 11" wide by 8.5" tall, a paper standard size. To see a larger picture of the image below just click on it.

One (1) minor copy revision is allowed for the brochure. The revisions will be applied to the brochure then a final proof will be sent to your email address. Once approved the press-ready files will be developed and sent to you in the PDF (Portable Document Format). This file will be in the CMYK format. The file format will have bleeds of .125 inches, crop marks and of high resolution (300 d.p.i.). This file is acceptable to most conventional and digital printers.
